The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please promptly inspect the contents of the animal upon arrival. If the animal is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the animal is dead, we may have to return it to you. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and slight fin tears may occur, and we cannot guarantee the sex of specimens unless sold as a pair. Even for live animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair."
