The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas where shipping takes more than two days. Upon receiving your shipment, please promptly inspect the contents. If the shipment is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo by email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the dead fish from the photos, we may return the fish. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens or guarantee minor fin tears. Even for paired specimens, if we are unable to confirm the pair, we will sell them as a "maybe pair." Please refrain from canceling for your own reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If a cancellation occurs, we will not be able to accept future orders.
