We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Upon receiving your shipment, please promptly inspect the contents. If the shipment is dead, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we are unable to confirm the fish is dead, we may have to return the fish. Return shipping costs will be borne by us. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and slight fin tears may occur. Even for live animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
