We offer a dead on arrival guarantee. This guarantee is only available if you select the shortest arrival time (morning arrival). The dead on arrival guarantee does not apply to areas requiring more than two days for shipping. Please promptly inspect the contents of the animal upon arrival. If the animal is dead on arrival, please contact us without opening the packaging. Please note that opening the packaging voids the guarantee. Please attach a photo to your email and we will provide a replacement or refund upon confirmation. If we cannot confirm the animal is dead from the photos, we may have to return the animal. We will cover the return shipping costs. Thank you for your understanding. Please note that we cannot guarantee the sex of wild specimens, and slight fin tears may occur, and we cannot guarantee the sex of specimens unless sold as a pair. Even for live animals sold as pairs, if we are unable to confirm that they are a pair, we will sell them as a "Maybe Pair." Please refrain from canceling your order for personal reasons, as this will inconvenience other customers. If you cancel, we will not accept future orders.
