For items that cannot be delivered within one day, we use the Time Service Delivery service. In this case, the total price will be the cost of the animal, shipping, and time service fee.
Payment for Time Service Delivery is by bank transfer. Cash on delivery is not available.
Orders cannot be placed in areas not covered by Time Service Delivery, and we are unable to ship to those areas.
Please note that neither our store nor the shipping company is responsible for delays in delivery due to traffic conditions (accidents, natural disasters), and we accept requests for desired arrival dates and times, but please consider these as estimates only. If you do not have a preferred arrival time, we will arrange for delivery in the morning.
■ Compensation
: We do our utmost to ensure the safe delivery of live animals, but in the unlikely event that an animal arrives dead, we will provide compensation. The compensation amount is the price of the live animal (tax included) only.
In such cases, please attach two unopened photos of the dead animal and notify us by email within three hours of arrival. We will contact you.
■ Regarding sales
and the sales period, we will complete the transaction within one week of receiving your
order (excluding cases where the animal is undergoing treatment or is in an unstable condition). (Bank transfer fees are non-refundable.)
