The dogs run around energetically every day on the spacious property, growing up healthy and strong! The puppies are also raised with their parents, so you can rest assured. ☆The process until pick-up☆

- Consignment puppies are not available in store, but you can view them online.

① Search

-If you would like to purchase, please click the "Inquire about this puppy" button on the page of the puppy and enter your contact information

② Contact us

・In your inquiry, please specify the store where you would like to pick up your pet. You can pick up your pet at any Kanedai or Wan100 store. Please choose from the stores listed below.
*You can also inquire directly at the store. However, please note that online tours require advance reservations.

・You can also visit online in advance at any Kanedai store (weekdays from 10am to 6pm only). You can see the puppy in real time on the terminal in the store.
If you wish, we will arrange a separate date for you.

④ Contract

・For puppies under 56 days old, a reservation fee (10,000 to 30,000 yen) will be required

・For puppies over 56 days old, we require a deposit (10,000-30,000 yen).
Once you have paid the deposit, the breeder will bring the dog you want to the store, and you will then be able to hand it over to them.

・Reservation fees and deposits can be paid in person or by bank transfer.
*Please note that reservations and deposits cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation due to customer reasons.

⑤ Pick-up

・Puppies under 56 days old will be handed over after 56 days of age.
(By law, it is prohibited to sell puppies under 56 days old. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience.)
・Puppies over 56 days old will be handed over to you at the store where you made your reservation, depending on your convenience.
